Two dancers jump high into the air, in the children's section of a library, surrounded by bookcases filled with all kinds of books.
Two dancers, The Story Detectives, dressed with brightly coloured trousers and patterned shirts, stand in front of a wall of books in a library. Particular - the Story Detective in front - looks to her side as Playful, the Story Detective standing behind, rests her chin on Particular's shoulder. Playful looks very cheeky.
Two dancers dressed in bright colours perform in a library - they both point outwards into the camera, as if looking for something in the distance, about to start their adventure.
Playful, one of The Story Detectives, lifts Particular, her fellow detective, up in the air, her arms clasped around her waist so that Particular is lifting her legs up in a long diagonal line, with her head pointed down to the floor.
I have seen lots of children’s theatre before, but this truly shone. So exciting to see site-specific theatre that is so well crafted for children.
